Our story
DealZako began in 2025 with a simple observation. Managing rental properties is still far more complicated than it should be. Many landlords rely on spreadsheets, paperwork, and scattered communication just to keep track of tenants, payments, and lease agreements.
For tenants, the experience isn't always better: unclear processes, limited transparency, and too many steps just to apply for or manage a rental.
We believed there had to be a better way. So we started building DealZako, a platform designed to bring the entire rental experience into one place. From property listings and applications to leases, payments, and records, everything works together in a simple and organized system.
Our goal is to make renting and property management easier, more transparent, and more trustworthy for everyone involved.
And we're only getting started.
